PEJOUX adheres to the 14-14-14 rule.

After you have received the product, you have 14 days to request a return of your purchase. After this announcement, you have another 14 days to return the order.

Let us know that you want to return a product via the RETURN PORTAL below. The RETURN PORTAL will guide you through the return process and help you ship the package. Returns sent without using RETURN PORTAL will not be accepted by PEJOUX.

After we have received the product, we will refund the order amount excluding shipping costs as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. Are you returning the entire order? Then you will also receive a refund of the delivery costs.

The shipping costs for returning are for your own use. Because you automatically receive a return label from the RETURN PORTAL, the costs for the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount. Naturally, PEJOUX will take care of the shipping costs if it has made a shipping error.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and if possible in original packaging.
